Auction Terms

In state checks or cash. Letter of credit on out of state checks.

Full settlement to be made day of auction.

There will be a 10% buyers premium on this sale for cash and check buyers and a 13% buyers premium
on credit card sales.

Tax will be charged unless copy of tax exemption number is provided for our files, and must be provided
at time of registration.

Items must be removed day of auction, unless other arrangements are made.

All items sold "as is, where is" without warranty or condition.

All announcements made day of auction shall supercede any previous advertisement(s) or statement(s)
and prevail as the final terms and conditions.

American Auction Services is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS!

Real estate terms are: $5000.00 down, to be held in escrow by real estate broker, with closing and
balance due within 30 days. This is non-refundable if buyer fails to close, and the reason for not closing is because
of the buyer.
